Warehouse Manager

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Monitor inventory movement across retail stores and e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate timely replenishment for 60+ retail stores across India.
• Oversee e-commerce order fulfillment while ensuring adherence to dispatch SLAs.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, allocating work and monitoring productivity.
• Ensure effective utilization of warehouse space and optimize storage layouts.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Retail Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and operational best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 7 years of experience in warehouse management within Retail, Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, or E-commerce.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Mandatory working experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and stock reconciliation.
• Experience handling large SKU/inventory volumes.
• Good understanding of retail store replenishment and e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
