• Provide exceptional customer service via inbound sales calls.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in VRM (Virtual Relationship Management) or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance industry trends and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management over the phone.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
