Job Summary:

We are looking for a Vigilance Officer to ensure the safety and security of company assets, prevent inventory loss, and monitor warehouse/store operations. The role involves conducting audits, investigating incidents, monitoring CCTV, and ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor warehouse/store operations to prevent theft and inventory loss.
• Review CCTV footage and investigate security incidents.
• Conduct routine security audits and surprise checks.
• Report incidents and prepare investigation reports.
• Coordinate with Operations and Security teams.
• Ensure compliance with company security and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of audits, incidents, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Vigilance, Security, Loss Prevention, or Warehouse Operations.
• Graduate .
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
