Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Picker & Packer roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Picker & Packer and other warehouse workforce requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, field sourcing, and local hiring drives.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth joining.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates to meet hiring targets.
• Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities.
• Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and local recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
• Build relationships with local agencies, training institutes, and community networks to generate quality candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• Experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight hiring deadlines.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment (Picker & Packer/Warehouse/Logistics hiring preferred).
