Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations to gather evidence and interview witnesses related to fraudulent activities.
  
• Identify, investigate, and prevent insurance claims fraud through thorough analysis of data and market intelligence.
  
• Develop strategies for fraud control and monitoring to minimize losses for the organization.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop policies and procedures for detecting and preventing fraudulent activities.
  
• Provide expert advice on vigilance matters to senior management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in investigation, vigilance, or a related field (ex-serviceman preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of fraud investigation techniques, including surveillance methods.
  
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify patterns indicative of potential fraudulent activity.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
