Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a versatile Video Producer who is more than just an on-camera anchor. We need a strong researcher, skilled scriptwriter, and impactful storyteller who can connect with audiences through dynamic voice modulation, natural body language, and great wordplay.
- Research and write compelling scripts.
- Anchor videos with a friendly, engaging presence and suitable tone.
- Understand the regional, political, and social dynamics of the coverage area.
- Conduct field reporting when required.
- Guide post-production using footage, soundbites, and visual effects effectively.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 2+ years as a Video Producer in news or digital media.
- Strong on-camera confidence, editorial judgment, and storytelling skills.
