Sr. HR Executive/ HR Executive

The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end HR lifecycle of the surveyor workforce, ensuring timely recruitment, improved retention, employee engagement, payroll processing, and effective coordination with the Circulation sales team to maintain manpower availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit surveyor manpower within defined timelines.
• Drive retention initiatives to reduce attrition.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities for surveyors.
• Coordinate with the Circulation sales team to proactively address manpower-related challenges.
• Process monthly salary inputs accurately and on time.
• Maintain HR records, manpower MIS, and HR-related documentation.
• Ensure timely onboarding and resolution of employee queries.

Desired Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll.
• Experience in managing field or operational workforce.
• Coordination and MS Excel skill is must.
