• Handle customer queries through calls and Chat support
• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customers
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
• Follow process guidelines and company policies
• Maintain professional communication with international customers

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate (Min.1 Year Exp in International BPO/Customer Support)
• Good English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
