Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets in motor agency/general insurance products such as health, Motor Insurance
  
• Develop and execute strategies for agent recruitment, development, and retention to ensure high levels of performance.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
