We are actively hiring for the post of Sales Manager Agency at Gondiya, Buldana,Yavatmal, Satara, Jalna, Beed, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar, Nasik,Manchar, Baliware, Shirpur, Malegaon.
Designation : Sales Manager
CTC : Hike on current CTC
Role & responsibilities :
- To activate and manage team of existing advisors
- To build the team of new Insurance advisors, and drive them to generate Motor Insurance business.
- Achieve monthly activation
- Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises)
- To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/diploma in any stream
- Min 1yr sales exp. into general Insurance, motor dealer, vehicle finance (4 Wheeler only), broking industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Male, female both can apply
