Sales Manager - Motor Insurance

We are actively hiring for the post of Sales Manager Agency at Gondiya, Buldana,Yavatmal, Satara, Solapur, Dharashiv, Barshi, Jalna, Beed, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar, Nasik,Manchar, Baliware, Shirpur, Malegaon with CTC up to 5.50L per annum and best in the industry Incentives on agent recruitment, activation, and monthly fixed allowances.

Role & responsibilities :

• To manage team of existing advisors
• To build the team of new Insurance advisors, and drive them to generate Motor Insurance business.
• Achieve monthly activation
• Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises)
• Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the location.
• To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any stream
• Min 1yr of of experience into Agency vertical
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Age upto 38yr
