What You Will Own Your Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain technical documentation (APIs, PRDs, system design, user guides)
- Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications
- Understand and enhance SaaS platform architecture and scalability
- Design and manage data models and ERDs
- Contribute to cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices, containerization)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability
Non-Negotiable Metric :
- UNIT TEST PASS RATE + DEPLOYMENT ERROR REDUCTION
- Target: 95% | 15% YoY

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of Experience in Product Engineering
- Strong knowledge of SaaS architecture & microservices
- Expertise in technical documentation & ERDs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with APIs (REST, Swagger/OpenAPI)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Git/version control
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
