Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons on mathematical concepts, including algebra, geometry, data handling, and number systems.
- Use innovative teaching methods, such as real-life applications, technology integration, and hands-on activities, to enhance student understanding.
- Regularly assess student progress through tests, quizzes, and alternative evaluations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students to actively participate and develop confidence in mathematics.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Stay updated on advancements in mathematics education and attend professional development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in mathematics.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with specialization in Mathematics.
- CTET qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience.
