Job Summary

Coforge is looking for an experienced Payment Tester with strong expertise in Banking & Payments domain testing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in testing payment applications, validating payment messages, executing functional and integration testing, and working with payment schemes such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, SEPA, ACH, RTGS, NEFT, UPI, or Wire Transfers.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and experience in both manual and automation testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements related to payment systems.
• Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
• Validate payment transactions, message formats, and settlement processes.
• Work with SWIFT MT/MX messages and ISO 20022 payment standards.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure quality delivery within project timelines.
