Telecaller

We are looking for a skilled Telecaller with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The role involves reaching out to current and potential clients, sourcing leads, conducting follow-up calls, and relaying client feedback to improve our services.

Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct follow-up calls to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Source new leads through various channels, including social media and networking events.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Relay client feedback to the management team to identify areas for improvement.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to convince even the most hesitant prospects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle complaints and concerns.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and maintain strong relationships.
