Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Explain project details, offers, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
• Follow up with leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain lead records and update customer information in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Real estate experience is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
• Target-oriented and enthusiastic approach.
