As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires continuous collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The day is also dedicated to steering the delivery team towards achieving high service quality while maintaining cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves fostering innovation to support business growth and ensuring the successful execution of project deliverables through strategic leadership and coordination across various teams.

About the Role
Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project delivery to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
Professional & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of technology delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in managing large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Additional Information
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture is required.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
