Project Role Description: Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and collaborating closely with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and potential risks. The role requires steering the delivery process to maintain high service quality and cost efficiency, while fostering ongoing success and profitability. Additionally, the position involves proactively supporting business development efforts by introducing innovative solutions and maintaining excellence in project execution, all while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Specific Role: Oracle Argus – Argus Tech Delivery Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large team to manage PV System Implementation and Upgrades.
- Manage Oracle Argus Safety System Support/ implementation/ upgrades and associated interfaces/ integrations.
- Drive client value creation, Understand the client s business, priorities and leadership agenda
- Deliver project and customer success by meeting deadlines, managing expectations, and by delivering good quality solutions
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- As Oracle Argus SME, support technical issues associated with Oracle Argus Safety suite and related interfaces.
- Guide team on critical issues or enhancements.
- Primary point of contact for business stakeholders/ escalations.
- Review/ Manage status reporting.
Requirements
Key Skills/ Experience
- Minimum of 14 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years in managing Argus Support/ performing implementation, upgrade and maintenance projects of Oracle Argus
- Prior experience in leading multiple Support/ implementation / upgrade projects involving configuration / custom reporting / data migration/ customizations
- Strong experience in latest PV regulations by EMA, FDA, MHRA and other regulatory agencies
- Experienced in working with people from different geographies (e.g. USA, Europe etc.)
- Strong Client facing skills
- Able to build and own relationships
- Experience in Regulatory Standards like 21 CFR Part 11, ICH, GxP
- Experience in creating detailed work plans based on effort estimate
- Experience of working in a Life Sciences or a consulting firm will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
a: Engineering in any discipline or equivalent with strong work experience in Life Sciences and Pharmacovigilance.
