As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines to facilitate smooth data flow, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data throughout its lifecycle. The position requires implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data across various systems, enabling seamless data migration and deployment. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and troubleshoot data-related challenges is also a key part of daily responsibilities, fostering a dynamic and solution-oriented work environment.

About the Role

Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize data workflows and improve system performance.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Requirements

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Engineering, Data Build Tool, Fivetran.
• Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and best practices for data integration.
• Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes to ensure efficient data migration and transformation.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues to maintain high standards of data integrity.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing platforms to support scalable data solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
