Job Summary
As a Technical lead- Java Fullstack , you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities - Build and enhance healthcare applications using core FS technologies Java combined with Agentic AI capabilities.
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows leveraging LLMs, tools and multi step reasoning.
- Develop Human in the Loop (HiTL) mechanisms to validate, refine, and govern agent outputs.
- Integrate agents with Enterprise APIs, databases, and Microservices.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases and embeddings.
- Apply agentic architecture and orchestration patterns such as React, role based agents.
- Optimize AI assisted pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Adhere to defined architecture, security, and coding standards.
- Maintain 95%+ unit test coverage and produce required Design Artifacts.
- Actively participate in Scrum rituals and deliver sprint commitments.

- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
- Proficiency in Java 9 with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience in Spring Boot for building Microservices
- Experience in Microservices architecture implementation and design patterns
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs along with distributed systems, API design, and backend scalability
- Hands on experience in LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, RAG, and Vector Databases
- Hands-on experience in the latest versions of ReactJS or Angular (16 and above)
- Systems, API design, and backend scalability
- Experience in SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g.: MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and devise effective solutions
- Effective at communicating with client stakeholders
- Healthcare Applications: Prior experience is an added advantage
- Version Control: Experience with Git
- Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Automated Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
