Job Summary
Looking for experienced SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultants to implement, configure, and support order-to-cash processes in SAP environments, ensuring efficient sales, delivery, billing, and customer order management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SD functionalities including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Delivery Processing
- Configure and maintain SAP SD organizational structures and master data
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Work on Pricing, Output Determination, Credit Management, and Returns Processing
- Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions
- Support testing, user training, data migration, and go-live activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
Requirements
- 5–13 years of experience in SAP SD
- Strong hands-on experience in Sales, Shipping, Billing, and Pricing
- Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
- Knowledge of Customer Master Data, Output Determination, and Credit Management
- Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of integration with MM and FI
- Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- SAP SD Certification
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of Variant Configuration (VC), ATP, and Transportation processes
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications
- Experience in global SAP transformation projects
