Role & responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
- Expertise in:
- Order Management
- Shipping & Transportation
- Billing
- Pricing & Rebates
- Output Determination
- Credit Management
- Returns Processing
- Intercompany Sales
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Experience with integration between SAP SD and:
- MM
- FI
- PP
- WM/EWM
- TM
- Experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS), conducting testing, and supporting developments.
- Strong understanding of master data management (Customer, Material, Pricing).
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
