SAP SD Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions aligned with business needs.
• Configure and support SAP SD processes including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Shipping & Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, Returns & Rebate Management.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, WM/EWM, and PP modules.
• Perform requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for developments.
• Support UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.

Additional Responsibilities:

• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience in global implementation/support projects.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM or SAP GTS will be an added advantage.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• 710 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD implementations or migration projects.
• Expertise in Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Deliveries, Output Determination, and Credit Management.
• Experience with IDOCs, Interfaces, EDI integration, and Batch Management.
• Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, and PP.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications and coordinating with ABAP teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
