Job Summary

We are looking for a Direct Tax candidate with 3- 6 years of experience in Direct Taxation to manage tax compliances, assessments, and related finance activities. The candidate should have sound knowledge of Income Tax laws and TDS compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling Direct Taxation compliances including Income Tax, TDS, and Advance Tax.
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns and TDS returns.
• Managing tax assessments, notices, and coordination with tax authorities and consultants.
• Assisting in Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, and preparation of tax workings.
• Preparation of reconciliations, MIS reports, and maintaining taxation records.
• Ensuring timely compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in Direct Taxation.
• Strong understanding of Income Tax Act and TDS provisions
