Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose

To independently manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to tactical-level positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business requirements.

• Key Responsibilities
• Life insurance background is mended.
• End-to-End Recruitment
• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition initiation to candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and timelines.
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across job portals and internal platforms.
• Sourcing & Screening
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews for role and culture fit.
• Coordinate and schedule technical / functional interviews with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder & Candidate Management
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner for hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Offer Management & Joining
• Support salary negotiations within approved compensation frameworks.
• Prepare and roll out offer letters and ensure timely closures.
• Track joining formalities, documentation, and pre-joining engagement to minimize dropouts.
• MIS & Process Adherence
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and periodic MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and timelines.
• Support audits and recruitment process improvements as required.

Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools

Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset
