Talent Acquisition Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases for non IT requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess skills, experience, availability, and role fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate databases accurately.
• Support recruiters in offer management, documentation collection, and onboarding activities.
• Build talent pipelines and provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation with HR specialization

Excellent Communication Skills

Comfortable with 5 days work from office

Prior experience with various job portals preferred
