Eligibility
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the BPO/Customer Service/Sales domain.
Experience in Sales/E-commerce process is mandatory.
Graduation is mandatory.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Experience in team handling and performance management.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare quality reports.
Conduct feedback sessions, coaching, and training to improve team performance.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and business processes.
Lead teams to achieve operational KPIs and client expectations.
Drive continuous process improvements and support business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
