Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Support sales & operational activities for DC business.
  • Manage CRM tools (QlikView, Salesforce, Super Office) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales analysis.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams and support HQ reporting.
  • Assist field & inside sales teams in daily tasks.
  • Handle customer communication and internal coordination.
  • Organize meetings, training schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Work with IT to improve systems and reporting tools.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Graduate with 5 to 8 years' experience in sales coordination/operations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in Electrical/Electronics/Automation industry preferred.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to travel if required.
