Job Description
- Having 5-7 yrs years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central Core, Time Off and having IAS/IPS skill Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, and role-based permissions.
- Experience developing functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SuccessFactors EC and Time Certification.
