Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized payroll configurations using AMS (Advanced Management System).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, benefits, and other compensation items through Workday Payroll.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use the implemented Workday Payroll solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-16 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Workday Payroll configuration.
- Strong understanding of AMS (Advanced Management System) integration with Workday Payroll.
- Proven track record of implementing successful payroll projects from design to go-live phase.
