What we are looking for

Role: Storage Administrator (SAN/NAS | NetApp | Pure Storage | Backup & Recovery)

Experience Range: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Bengaluru/ Pune

Interview Date: Saturday Online Interview

Must Have:

1. Experience in Storage Administration (SAN, NAS)
2. Proficiency in Storage Technologies (Pure Storage, NetApp, Dell Unity, )
3. Hands-on Experience with Storage Protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS, FCoE)
4. Storage Provisioning, Configuration, and Troubleshooting
5. Backup and Recovery Management (Cohesity, Arcserve, Veritas NetBackup, CommVault, Veeam)
6. RAID Configuration and Disk Management
7. Performance Monitoring, Capacity Planning & Optimization
8. Experience with Replication & Disaster Recovery Solutions
9. Basic Knowledge of Scripting & Automation (PowerShell, Python, Ansible)
10. Incident, Change & Problem Management (ITIL Framework)

Good to Have:

1. Strong Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills
2. Ability to Handle Storage Incidents and Perform Root Cause Analysis
3. Understanding of Storage Security & Data Protection
4. Collaboration & Teamwork in a Multi-Vendor Environment
5. Documentation and Process Adherence

Essential:

1. Certifications: Pure, NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA),ITIL v3/v4
2. Knowledge of Cloud Storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud Storage)
3. Experience in Software-Defined Storage (SDS) & Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
