Apex Ecotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Sr. Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Experience : 5 years and above in Water & Wastewater Industry. Education : Bachelor in Engineering.
Project Analysis:
- Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to understand project scope.
- Conduct site visits, if necessary, to assess project conditions and requirements.
Cost Estimation:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
- Utilize estimation software and historical data to enhance the accuracy of estimates.
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
Proposal Development:
- Develop comprehensive proposals outlining project scope, objectives, methodology, and timelines.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals that address client needs and specifications.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and meet the client's requirements.
Bid Preparation:
- Prepare and submit bids to clients within specified deadlines.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to gather supplier/subcontractor quotes and integrate them into the proposals.
Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine pricing strategies.
- Evaluate competitor proposals and pricing to ensure competitiveness and differentiation.
Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address queries related to the proposal.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain the proposal details and address concerns.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, proposals, and relevant documentation.
- Generate reports on estimation and proposal activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to estimation and proposal engineering.
- Contribute to process improvements and the development of standardized estimation methodologies within the organization.
