- Focus on GCCs / BPO/ Shared Services
- Client Management
- Understanding clients job roles and accordingly develop a search plan for identifying potential candidates for senior roles
- Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking using Naukri, LinkedIn
- Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations
- Counsel candidates to assist them in taking the right decision
- Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
- Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Stakeholder management
- Develop a team under this vertical
- Conduct market mapping exercises regularly to assess the talent availability
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate should have 7 - 12 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Mapping, Head Hunting, end to end recruitment out of which 2-3 years in GCC (Non IT), BPO/ KPO is a must
- Experience in lateral and leadership recruitment.
- Candidate should have good communication skill.
