Senior Recruitment Manager

The Senior Technical Recruiter Manager leads the technical recruitment function, manages a team of recruiters, and drives hiring strategies for engineering, product, cloud, DevOps, and data roles. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical hiring expertise, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to meet organizational talent needs.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee endtoend recruitment for seniorlevel and technical roles.
• Develop scalable sourcing strategies for highvolume and specialized technical hiring.
• Review and refine job descriptions, interview processes, and evaluation frameworks.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (timetohire, pipeline quality, offer acceptance rate).
• Ensure strong candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring cycle.
• Manage vendor relationships, recruitment agencies, and external sourcing partners.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Oversee ATS usage, data accuracy, and recruitment reporting.
• Support leadership in strategic talent planning and quarterly hiring forecasts.
• Handle escalations, complex negotiations, and seniorlevel candidate closures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in IT services, product companies, or highgrowth startups.
• Exposure to recruitment automation tools and AIbased sourcing platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple highpriority requisitions in fastpaced environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment dashboards and reporting.
• Experience hiring for USbased or global technical positions.
