About the Role
We are hiring for our client, a dedicated multidisciplinary therapy centre in Coimbatore. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adults by improving their communication, language, and swallowing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals (OTs, psychologists, educators) to deliver holistic care.
- Monitor client progress and update therapy goals as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
- RCI Registration (mandatory).
- Strong clinical skills with both paediatric and adult populations.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
