Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist) to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in children, including cases of Autism, Cerebral Palsy, articulation issues, and oro-motor difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments
- Develop and update personalized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and guide families
- Provide individualized therapy sessions (one-on-one or group)
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred)
- RCI registration preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience may be considered
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and child-friendly approach
- Good analytical and clinical decision-making abilities
Salary
2,00,000 - 6,00,000 per annum (based on experience). Referral or revenue-sharing models may also be considered.
