Job Description
Konnect parking is seeking talented developer to join our team as we continue to grow and build new mobile applications for the parking, transit, and tolling industries. You will work alongside technical product managers and the design team to not only build new mobile applications but rebuild/design existing Android apps. You will be involved in the management of the product throughout the product life cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements with product managers, helping define product vision, and working closely with all teams to deliver a superior application.
We are primarily polyglot developers in the tech team who are willing to work on multiple stacks and always looking to learn. Our current stack includes Java, Scala, NodeJS, Python and Angular JS. We also have native Android and iOS apps. We follow micro-services architecture, and we push to production daily, multiple times. Quick stand-ups, test-driven development, data-driven decision making, define how we get things done.
Qualifications: - Be a strong developer, with at least 2 years experience developing in Java(or other OO language.)
- Be experienced in building and scaling systems (AWS.)
- Write great code, building new features at a rapid pace. For us at Crew, it starts with the healthy balance between great code and moving fast.
- You ll work with a small team, but we expect you to be the backend expert, laying the foundation of great code yourself and helping others around you to code to those standards.
- If you bring anything else to the table (e.g. also has mobile development experience, previous life as a dev ops, mad bartending skills, etc.), we d probably be thrilled to know about that... It s a small team.
