Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain document templates, layouts, and Business Objects (BOs) using Thunderhead SMARTCOMM.
- Configure and deploy Thunderhead packages across Development, Testing, and Production environments.
- Develop and maintain SQL (DB2) scripts for document repository and metadata management.
- Build and maintain XML-based data models for document generation.
- Perform unit testing using Xray and validate APIs using SOAPUI or Postman.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, developers, and QA teams in an Agile (SCRUM/SAFe) environment.
- Maintain technical documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
Required Skills
- 810 years of IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Thunderhead SMARTCOMM.
- Experience with EMC Documentum.
- Expertise in document automation and output management.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (DB2).
- Good experience with XML, Data Modeling, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SOAPUI, Postman, and Xray.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, FileZilla, and PuTTY.
- Experience working in Agile (SCRUM/SAFe) projects.
