Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize IT operations using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop and maintain CMDB, HRSd, and other related modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for ITIL processes and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 5-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM implementation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3/4 framework and its application in an IT environment.
- Proficiency in developing custom workflows, business rules, and integrations using Servicenow Discovery.
