Job Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect / Lead to design and develop ServiceNow solutions for a Tax domain project. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and platform architecture, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions including workflows, scripts, and integrations
- Work on modules like CSM, CMDB, and ITOM
- Develop Service Portal, UI components, and custom applications
- Handle integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server
- Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and platform stability
Requirements:
- 12 to 15 years of experience in ServiceNow development/architecture
- Strong experience in CSM, CMDB, ITOM, and CSDM
- Hands-on expertise in integrations and scripting
- Experience in Domain Separation and Service Portal
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
