We are looking for a proactive Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and training for customers across India. This role is remote after training, with frequent field travel.

An initial 3-month on-site training at our Coimbatore HQ is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Attend 3-month intensive training at the Coimbatore headquarters.

Travel to customer locations (primarily North India and other regions) to:

Install and set up machinery on-site.

Ensure machines are configured and operating as per performance standards.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.

Replace faulty components including motors, gears, wiring, belts, and bearings.

Train operators on machine operation, maintenance, and best practices.

Complete service assignments either independently or as part of a team, depending on project needs.

Ensure 100% job completion with no tolerance for delays or incompetence.

Maintain detailed service logs for every job completed.

Skills Required

Minimum 1+ year experience in the machinery/industrial field.

Solid understanding of both Electrical and Mechanical systems.

Basic experience in PLC troubleshooting is an added advantage.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new machines, and handle field challenges.

Willing to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Hindi proficiency is a strong advantage for North India deployments

Salary Range : 25000 35000 per month

Qualification : Dip EEE/MECH or BE EEE/MECH
