Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Engineer to join our team at Lakshmi Machine Works Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent technical skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test new products and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with existing products and systems.
- Conduct research and analysis to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
