Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- New Project Installation & commissioning support.
- Robot Programming and Configuration.
- On site Troubleshooting support, Telephonic Support to customers.
- Technical Support for service members.
- Technical support and Training for customers and integrators.
- Robot Service and Preventive Maintenance support activities.
- Daily/weekly report Preparation and submitting to Concern Senior.
- AMC/ Spare parts proposal to customers and Contribute to Spare/service business growth.
- To collect latest demand, expectations and other feedback from system integrator and customer, then sharing such feedback to management to support business strategies.
Desired Profile:-
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field with hands-on experience in industrial automation systems.
- 0-3 years of experience in industrial robotics, automation systems, installation, commissioning, or technical service support.
- Strong knowledge of robot programming, configuration, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer support skills with the ability to provide on-site, remote, and telephonic technical assistance.
- Good communication, reporting, and training abilities, with willingness to travel for customer support, project execution, and service activities.
