Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair power banks, chargers, adapters, and other electronic accessories.
• Perform product testing and quality checks.
• Identify faults and support root cause analysis.
• Maintain repair records and coordinate with Customer Support and Quality teams.

Candidate Requirements:

• ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in electronic product repair and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of soldering, multimeter usage, PCB inspection, and basic electronics.
• Experience in consumer electronics/mobile accessories will be preferred.
