Senior Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr Test engineer with strong expertise in the Insurance Domain, specifically in New Business Processes, and Policy Administration Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders.
• Execute testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
• Execute release readiness and ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Ensure end-to-end testing coverage for onboarding and new business journeys.
• Manage test execution timelines and quality deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong Insurance Domain knowledge with deep understanding of Policy Issuance and Policy Servicing.
• Experience working on Life Insurance applications.
• Hands-on experience with Insurance Policy Administration Systems (e.g., Ingenium or similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT Support.
• Experience in defect management and test reporting.
