Requirements
- AI/ML or Generative AI implementation experience.
- Python.

- Lower Bound Skills Database testing Functional Testing or Quality Engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of SIT, STLC, SDLC, Defect Management, and Test Management processes.
- Understanding of regression testing, risk-based testing, and test optimization.
- Familiarity with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Upper bound skills 8+ years of Testing and Quality Engineering experience.
- 4+ years of AI/ML implementation experience in QE environments.
- Proven experience implementing AI-driven Testing accelerators.
- Expertise in Predictive Analytics, Defect Prediction, and Quality Dashboards.
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and AI-enabled SDLC solutions.
- Strong understanding of Automation Testing and QE transformation programs.
- Experience in large Banking or Digital Transformation engagements.
- Ability to drive QE innovation and consulting initiatives.
