Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, QC, audit, and deliver completed and approved datasets meeting predetermined deadlines with a goal of complete accuracy.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels to identify and address process gaps with process improvement ideas that bring efficiency and structure to workflows.
  • Assist our AI and RPA models by manually parsing data to help derive insights for automation.
  • Interpret and understand client requirements for every project and execute it per the defined rules.
  • Perform annotations to help train our ML models.
  • Direct and monitor progress and performance of the team.

  • Respond to client inquiries related to ongoing projects.
  • Research and troubleshoot issues associated with data and/or tools provided.
  • Assess project proposals, provide time estimates then document time and accuracy for evaluation purposes.
  • Assist in documentation and continual improvements of SOPs for internal workflows.
  • Prepare tools and reports that measure and evaluate team accuracy and productivity.
  • Assist in planning and allocation of daily work queues.
  • Ensure that complex concepts shared by our stakeholders are accurately documented in a straightforward manner.
  • Manage ETAs and deliverables by coordinating with different teams working remotely.
  • Display excellent change management and risk management skills at an individual level, during the execution of all tasks.
  • Conduct process training sessions for new members of a team or project.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must at least have a bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, including minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the Credit Loans and Bonds domain (Leveraged Loans, High-Yield Bonds, Term Loan B, Covenants, Indentures, Credit Agreements, etc.).
  • Strong exposure to reading, interpreting, and validating financial/legal documents such as credit agreements, indentures, offering memorandums, facility agreements, and covenant sections.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and QAing high-quality financial datasets, including validation of complex fields, cross-referencing terms, reconciling data points, and ensuring end-to-end data integrity.
  • Experience in operations or data-intensive roles, involving: Data audits and quality checks; Process documentation and SOP creation; Root cause analysis and issue resolution
  • Experience gathering client or stakeholder requirements and translating them into structured datasets or process workflows.
  • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, nested formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, error tracing).
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformations, and QC workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and strategically writing prompts for QA, automations, or data workflows.
  • Experience in building automations or assisted QA workflows using AI, RPA, macros, or rule-based systems (preferred).
  • Experience in mentoring and training fellow team members in the process.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing complex financial terms, definitions, and cross-references.
  • Ability to work with changing requirements, shifting client priorities, and evolving datasets.
