Core Technical Skills
? SQL Server / T-SQL
? Expert-level querying, optimization, stored procedures, indexing

? 5+ years designing and owning complex, production ETL pipelines

? Strong experience building operational and executive-level reports
? Power BI
? Advanced dashboarding, data modeling, and DAX usage

? Data processing, automation, and scripting for analytics workflows
Experience
? 8?12+ years in Data Analytics, BI Development, or Data Engineering roles
? Proven experience owning enterprise data platforms end-to-end
? Experience working with high-volume transactional systems
? Strong production support and incident troubleshooting experience
? Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Education
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or
related field
? Or equivalent hands-on professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
? SSAS cube design and MDX query experience
? Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler)
? Experience with Git / GitHub version control
? Background in fintech, loyalty, rewards, or high-transaction platforms
? Microsoft certifications in SQL Server, Power BI, or related data technologies
