Senior Python Developer Medical Simulations

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Python-based medical simulation systems Implement physiological, biomechanical, or imaging-driven simulation models Work with large medical datasets (imaging, time-series, sensor data) Integrate simulation engines with visualization tools, APIs, and user interfaces Optimize performance using vectorization, parallel processing, and GPU acceleration Ensure accuracy, numerical stability, and reproducibility of simulation results Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, data scientists, and QA teams Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python development
• Experience with medical imaging solutions
• Strong knowledge of NumPy, SciPy, and scientific computing
• Experience with DICOM, PyDICOM, VTK, IMTK or similar frameworks
• Hands-on with visualization libraries such as PyOpenGL, ModernGL, VisPy
• Solid understanding of OOPS, 3D mathematics, shaders, and rendering pipelines
• Experience working with complex data pipelines and algorithms
• Familiarity with Git / modern development workflows
• CUDA
