Senior Python Developer

• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developerwith over 5 years of professional experiencein building and deploying production-ready applications
• The ideal candidate should be an exceptional problem solver with strong coding skills, capable of writing performance-efficient and maintainable code
• This role also requires experience in mentoring team members, driving features from design to deployment, and delivering scalable solutions
• Experience in Data Science or AI projects will be considered a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, production-ready Python applications

• - Write clean, efficient, and scalable code with a focus on performance optimization
• - Lead the development of new features and enhancements for web-based applications
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions
• - Review code, provide technical mentorship, and guide junior developers
• - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production systems
• - Contribute to system architecture design and technology roadmaps
• - Work on projects involving data science, AI/ML models, or advanced analytics when required
• Required Qualifications and Experience- 5+ yearsof proven experience in Python development
• - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges
• - Hands-on experience in developing and deploying production-grade applications
• - Solid understanding of web frameworks (eg, Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• - Experience in writing performance-optimized and scalable code
• - Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks
• - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• - Experience in mentoring and code reviews
• - Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Additional Qualifications- Prior exposure to Data Science or AI/MLprojects
• - Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• - Experience with microservices architecture
• - Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies
